Minimum stay period on the project is two weeks.

However, due to the programme being so varied it is advisable to stay for the longest period you can afford to get a more diverse experience and in order to cover as many activities as possible.

We recommend 4-6 weeks on the project for the best experience.

What's Included

What's Not Included
  • Flights - participants are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Port Elizabeth Airport.
  • Travel/medical insurance (compulsory)
  • Any required vaccination costs
  • Weekend activity costs

**Please note the usual airport pick-up and drop-off​ day is every Monday, so please bear this in mind when booking your trip.**

Transfer FROM the airport to the reserve on arrival day leaves at 2pm. The transfer TO the airport on departure day leaves the reserve at 7am, so departure flights ideally need to be after 9.30am.

If this does not fit in with your flight schedule individual transfers can be arranged at an extra cost.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your place on the programme.

The remaining balance needs to be paid in full 8 weeks before your arrival.
