Any of the above dates can be combined if you would like to stay longer than two weeks. 

Minimum stay period is two weeks.
However, due to the programme being so varied, it is advisable to stay for the longest period you can to get a more diverse experience, and in order to cover as many activities as possible.

  • Flights - participants are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Eastgate airport, Hoedspruit
  • Travel/medical insurance (compulsory)
  • Any required vaccination costs.
  • Any extra excursions not listed in the brochure

A 50% deposit is required to secure your place on the programme.

The remaining balance needs to be paid in full eight weeks before your arrival.
