The Conservation Project runs all year round. 

2 Weeks:    $1320

3 Weeks:    $1980

4 Weeks:    $2640

5 Weeks:    $3300

6 Weeks:    $3960

7 Weeks:    $4620

8 Weeks:    $5280

9 Weeks:    $5940

10 Weeks:   $6600

11 Weeks:    $7260

12 Weeks:    $7920

Minimum stay period on the project is two weeks.

However, due to the programme being so varied it is advisable to stay for the longest period you can afford to get a more diverse experience and in order to cover as many activities as possible.

We recommend 4+ weeks on the project for the best experience.

What's Included

  • All programme activities on the reserve

  • Accommodation

What's Not Included

 

  • Flights - participants are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Port Elizabeth Airport.
  • Travel/medical insurance (compulsory)
  • Any required vaccination costs
  • Weekend activity costs

**Please note the usual airport pick-up and drop-off​ day is every Monday, so please bear this in mind

when booking your trip. **

Aim to book your flights to arrive and depart around 12.00 -13.00, as this is the time most volunteers arrive.

Flights earlier than this on arrival day are fine, but you may have to wait in the airport for your transfer. Flights after this on departure day are fine, but again you may have to wait in the airport.

If this does not fit in with your flight schedule individual transfers can be arranged at an extra cost.

** An extra transfer charge will be payable for participants arriving on other days of the week. **

A 25% deposit is required to secure your place on the programme.

The remaining balance needs to be paid in full 8 weeks before your arrival.
